Description: Pepto’s improved formula coats your stomach and provides fast relief from nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, and diarrhea. Relieves traveler’s diarrhea, diarrhea, and upset stomach due to overindulgence in food and drink including: heartburn, indigestion, nausea, gas, belching, and fullness.
How to use: Adults and children over 16 years only:
•Shake the bottle well before use.
•Pour 30ml (one dose) into the cup provided and swallow.
•Repeat the dose every 30-60 minutes if needed.
•Do not take more than 8 doses in 24 hours.
•If used for longer than 2 days, or in higher doses than recommended has been associated with an increased in side effects.
•If you have diarrhoea, it is important to prevent or treat dehydration by drinking plenty of fluids or taking oral rehydration products, especially if you are frail or elderly.
Precautions: Warnings or Restrictions
Do not use if:
•Under 16 years due to a possible reaction between salicylates and Reye's syndrome (a very rare but very serious disease).
•Allergic to salicylates including aspirin or any of the other ingredients.
•Taking other salicylates including aspirin.
•Pregnant or breast-feeding.
