How to obtain the treatment code
1. Dial *253# (Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom on the number registered on MTIBA).
2. Enter M-TIBA Pin (Press 1 if you have forgotten your pin).
3. Press 1 - To initiate a treatment.
4. Select Recent Clinic (MYDAWA) or Enter the Till Number 770700.
5. Select Patient to be treated.
6. Select the Cover to use
7. Press 1 to authorize.
You will receive an in-app message and SMS with the transaction number/Treatment Code.
