Peglec a unique combination of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) with electrolytes for Gastro intestinal lavage. Peglec is a fast and effective way to cleanse your colon (intestines) before a colonoscopy. The first bowel movement should occur approximately 1 hour after the start of Peglec adminstration. Colonoscopy is a procedure used to see inside the colon and rectum. Colonoscopy can detect inflamed tissue, ulcers, and abnormal growths. The procedure is used to look for early signs of colorectal cancer and can help doctors diagnose unexplained changes in bowel habits, abdominal pain, bleeding from the anus, and weight loss.
How to use: Bowel preparation; As advised by Physician. Oral. Adults: 1-2 litres of dissolved solution. Max 4 litres (Peglec solution is prepared by dissolving 1 pack of content in 2 litres of boiled and cooled water).
