Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. The dose depends on the child's weight, given once daily for three days. Shake the bottle well and measure with the syringe or cup provided. Give on an empty stomach where possible, with water, at the same time each day, and complete all three days even if the child improves. If the child vomits within an hour, repeat the dose.

Complete the full 3-day course. Tell your doctor about any heart rhythm problems or family history of sudden cardiac death, as this combination can affect heart rhythm. Seek urgent care if the child worsens, cannot keep the medicine down, or develops drowsiness, fits or difficulty breathing. Severe malaria is an emergency.
