Valtas OD tablets 500 mg contains Divalproex 500 mg which is used in the treatment of Epilepsy/Seizures, mania and migraine. Valtas OD is an antiepileptic medication. It controls seizures or fits by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
Use it as advised by your doctor .Valtas OD Tablet is to be taken with food.
Valtas OD Tablets may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol. It is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy but safe to use during lactation. Valtas OD is safe to use in patients with kidney disease but should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
