Euthyrox 25 mcg Tablets contain Thyroxine/Levothyroxine 25 mcg which is used in the treatment of hypothyroidism. It is a synthetic version of a hormone produced by the thyroid gland. It works by replacing the thyroid hormones that your thyroid gland cannot produce and relieves the symptoms of hypothyroidism (tiredness, weight gain, and depression).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Euthyrox 25 mcg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.
