Cardivas 25 mg contains carvedilol which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure, heart failure and chest pain (Angina). It works by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cardivas 25 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Cardivas 25 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy, should be used with caution in patients with liver disease, is safe to use in patients with kidney disease.
