Cadiphen Cough Expectorant contains Ammonium Chloride 100 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg and Guaifenesin 80mg. It is used for Chest congestion, Common cold, Cough, Hay fever, Allergy, Watery eyes, Itchy throat/skin, Anaphylactic shock, Rhinitis and Urticaria.
Adults and Adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5 ml to 10 ml). Children 6 to 12 years of age: ½ to 1 teaspoonful (2.5 ml to 5 ml). These doses may be given every 4 to 6 hours as needed. This product is not indicated for use in children under 6 years of age.
