Do not use in cardiogenic shock, significant aortic stenosis, or within the first month after a heart attack. May cause headache, flushing, dizziness or ankle swelling, especially at first. These often settle; tell your doctor if they persist. Rise slowly from sitting or lying to avoid light-headedness. Tell your doctor about liver problems, heart failure or if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid grapefruit juice throughout treatment.
