Overview

Aprovel 150 mg contains ibersartan used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Decreasing high blood pressure lowers the risk of heart attack and stroke. Aprovel 150 mg tablet is an angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.

Directions for Use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aprovel 150 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Aprovel 150 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy and is probably safe to use during lactation. Aprovel 150 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney and liver disease.
