Demelan Cream 20g is a skin-brightening treatment for melasma, dark spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The stubborn dark patches common on African skin after acne, pregnancy or sun exposure. Its triple action combines glycolic acid, which exfoliates pigmented surface cells, with arbutin and kojic acid dipalmitate, two botanical-origin agents that suppress excess melanin production. Notably hydroquinone-free, Demelan offers women a gentler route to a more even, radiant complexion when used consistently with daily sunscreen.

Directions for Use
Apply a thin layer to the dark patches once daily at night on clean, dry skin, or as directed by your dermatologist. Start with alternate nights if your skin is sensitive, building to nightly use. Mild tingling on application is common initially. Crucially, apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen every morning. Sun exposure reverses the benefits. Visible improvement typically takes 8-12 weeks of consistent use.
For external use only. Avoid eyes, lips, nostrils and broken or irritated skin. Do a patch test before first use. Glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity. Daily sunscreen is essential, and avoid prolonged midday sun. Stop if persistent burning, peeling or darkening occurs and consult a dermatologist. Avoid using with other strong exfoliants or retinoids unless professionally guided. Not recommended in pregnancy without medical advice. Store below 30°C.
