Directions for Use

Use at night only on clean, dry skin, once you are accustomed to lower-strength retinol: start once or twice weekly, building gradually as tolerated, and follow with moisturiser. This is a higher strength. Introduce slowly. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning; avoid strong acids on the same nights.

For external use only; avoid the eyes and broken skin. Retinol may cause initial dryness, flaking or redness. Reduce frequency if marked, and introduce gradually. Increases sun sensitivity: daily SPF is essential. Patch test before first use. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
