Directions for Use

For external use on hair. After shampooing, apply the masque through clean, damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends, and leave on for the time stated on the pack (often 10-30 minutes, optionally under a cap), then rinse thoroughly and follow with a moisturising conditioner. Use protein treatments occasionally (e.g. every few weeks) rather than every wash, to keep the hair's moisture and protein in balance. Avoid the eyes.
