Cilneed 20mg Tablets contain cilnidipine 20mg, a modern fourth-generation calcium channel blocker for high blood pressure. Cilnidipine relaxes blood vessels to lower pressure while its dual-channel action is designed to cause less of the ankle swelling seen with older calcium blockers, and may offer added kidney and heart-rate benefits. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed with water. Continue regularly even when feeling well and attend scheduled blood pressure checks.

May cause dizziness, headache or flushing initially, and (less than older calcium blockers) ankle swelling. Report persistent swelling or fainting. Rise slowly from sitting or lying. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit juice. Use caution in severe liver impairment and significant heart conditions. Tell your doctor about all other blood pressure and heart medicines.
