Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs. Do not adjust your dose without medical supervision. Take exactly as prescribed. Tell your doctor about breathing problems, liver or kidney disease, depression and pregnancy. Report mood changes, thoughts of self-harm, or any rash (rare serious skin reactions).
