Directions for Use

Use only with a compatible Contour Plus meter, following the meter's instruction manual. In brief: wash and dry your hands, insert a new strip into the meter, obtain a small drop of blood from the side of a fingertip with the lancing device, and touch it to the strip's tip until enough is drawn in. Read and record the result. Use each strip once and dispose of it safely. Store strips in their original container with the lid closed.

Use strips only with the matching meter, and check they are within their expiry date and not damaged. Out-of-date or improperly stored strips give wrong results. Close the container immediately after taking a strip to protect them from moisture. A single reading is only a snapshot. Base treatment changes on your doctor's advice, not one result.
