Overview

Contractubex Gel is a specialised treatment that helps improve the appearance of scars. It combines onion extract, heparin and allantoin to soften and smooth raised, red or hardened scars, making them flatter, paler and more supple over time. It is used for scars from surgery, injuries, burns and acne, including keloid and stretched scars. Gentle and suitable for the whole family, it supports the skin's natural healing. Supplied in a 20g tube.

Directions for Use

Apply Contractubex to clean, dry skin once the wound has fully closed. Gently massage a small amount into the scar two to three times a day until absorbed. For older or firmer scars, massaging for several minutes and using under a dressing overnight can help. Consistent daily use over several weeks to months gives the best results. Do not apply to open wounds.

For external use only on intact (healed) skin. Do not use on open or weeping wounds. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes. Protect treated scars from strong sun and use sunscreen, as new scar tissue burns easily. A patch test is advisable for sensitive skin; stop use if irritation occurs. Store below 25°C.
