Directions for Use

For external use on the body. In the shower or bath, apply to wet skin and massage gently in circular motions over the body, focusing on rougher areas like elbows, knees and heels, then rinse off thoroughly. Use it a couple of times a week (not daily) to avoid over-exfoliating, and follow with a body butter or lotion to lock in moisture.
