Do not use during pregnancy. ACE inhibitors can harm an unborn baby; tell your doctor immediately if you become pregnant. Do not use if you have previously had angioedema (severe facial or throat swelling). May cause a persistent dry cough, dizziness or light-headedness, especially after the first dose. Rise slowly from sitting or lying. Avoid potassium supplements and potassium-based salt substitutes unless your doctor advises. Kidney function and blood potassium may need periodic monitoring.
