Enteromint Capsules (10 pack) contain peppermint oil in capsules designed to release it in the gut, easing the cramps and bloating of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and similar spasm-related digestive discomfort. Peppermint oil relaxes the muscle of the bowel wall, relieving the painful spasms, cramping, bloating and wind that trouble many people with IBS. The capsules are specially coated so the oil is released lower in the gut where it is needed, rather than in the stomach. A gentle, plant-based option helping people soothe IBS-type tummy cramps and bloating. Confirm the formulation on the pack.

Directions for Use

Take only as directed on the label or by your doctor or pharmacist. Commonly one capsule two to three times a day, swallowed whole with water, ideally about 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Do not break, chew or crush the capsules, as the special coating must stay intact to release the oil in the gut and to avoid heartburn. Use for the period advised; see a doctor if symptoms persist or change.

Swallow whole. Chewing can cause heartburn or mouth/throat irritation. Peppermint can worsen heartburn or reflux in some people.
