Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs. Do not adjust your dose without medical supervision. Take the tablets once daily as prescribed by your oncologist, with or without food, at the same time each day, swallowed whole. Do not chew, dissolve or split. Report seizures, sudden severe headache, confusion or weakness urgently. Enzalutamide can rarely lower the seizure threshold or cause a serious brain condition. May cause fatigue, hot flushes, high blood pressure (monitored), falls and fractures (bone protection may be advised) and heart effects. Women who are or may become pregnant must not handle the tablets, and effective contraception is required for partners. Tell your team about all medicines. Enzalutamide has many interactions.
