Esofast BQT-L Kit is a 7-day Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication kit that combines three medicines. Esomeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid), levofloxacin (an antibiotic), and amoxicillin (an antibiotic). Together they treat the H. pylori stomach infection that causes many peptic ulcers and chronic gastritis, helping ulcers heal and reducing the chance of recurrence. The convenient combi-pack provides the full course for adults , taken under a doctor's guidance (7-day kit).

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take exactly as directed by your doctor, following the kit's daily layout. Typically the medicines are taken twice daily for 7 days; the esomeprazole is best taken before food. Complete the entire course even if you feel better, to fully clear the infection. Swallow with water and do not miss doses, as incomplete treatment can lead to resistance and failure.

This is a prescription combination of antibiotics and a PPI. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to penicillins (amoxicillin) or quinolones (levofloxacin). Levofloxacin can rarely cause tendon pain/rupture, nerve effects or mood changes. Stop and seek advice if these occur; avoid in those with a history of tendon problems. Complete the full course. May cause diarrhoea, nausea or taste changes; seek help for severe or bloody diarrhoea. Avoid in pregnancy/breastfeeding unless advised, and limit sun exposure. Store in a cool, dry place.
