Esose HP Kit (7 daily kits) is a complete triple-therapy course for eradicating Helicobacter pylori, the stomach bacterium behind most peptic ulcers, persistent gastritis and many cases of recurring indigestion. Each daily kit combines esomeprazole, a powerful acid-suppressing proton pump inhibitor, with two antibiotics. Amoxicillin and clarithromycin. Packaged together so the full day's treatment is never muddled. By clearing H. pylori, the kit treats the root cause of ulcers rather than just the symptoms, a convenient option for H. pylori treatment .

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. The usual course is one kit per day for 7-14 days as prescribed: typically the morning tablets before breakfast and the evening tablets before dinner, exactly as the kit lays out. Complete the entire course even when symptoms settle early. Stopping early lets the bacteria survive and become resistant.

Do not use if allergic to penicillins, macrolide antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors. Tell your doctor about liver or kidney disease and all medicines. Clarithromycin interacts with statins, warfarin and several heart medicines. Common effects include taste disturbance, nausea and diarrhoea; report severe or bloody diarrhoea, rash or jaundice promptly. Avoid alcohol during treatment. Use in pregnancy and breastfeeding only on medical advice. Store below 30°C in original packaging.
