Overview
Fortide 200/6mcg Inhaler is a prescription combination inhaler for asthma and COPD, containing budesonide (an inhaled corticosteroid) and formoterol (a long-acting bronchodilator). Budesonide reduces inflammation in the airways, while formoterol relaxes and opens the airways to make breathing easier. Used regularly, it helps prevent symptoms such as wheezing and breathlessness and improves day-to-day breathing control for adults and adolescents managing asthma or COPD.
