Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: take one 120mg tablet once daily with water, before or after food. Take it at the same time each day for steady protection during your allergy season. Avoid taking with fruit juices (orange, apple, grapefruit), which reduce absorption. Use water and separate juice by 2-4 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Generally non-sedating, but observe your own response before driving. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about kidney disease and all medicines you take; separate antacids containing aluminium or magnesium by 2 hours.
