Clopress 75mg Tablets contain clopidogrel, an antiplatelet medicine that helps prevent dangerous blood clots from forming in the arteries. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow with water. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor. Especially if you have a heart stent. As stopping suddenly can sharply increase the risk of clotting.

Increases bleeding tendency. Expect easier bruising, and tell your doctor or dentist you take clopidogrel before any surgery or dental procedure. Seek urgent care for unusual bleeding: blood in urine or stool, black stools, vomiting blood or prolonged nosebleeds. Do not use with active bleeding (such as stomach ulcer or brain haemorrhage) or severe liver disease. Avoid taking NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) regularly without medical advice. Some acid-reflux medicines (e.g., omeprazole) can reduce its effect. Ask your pharmacist. Tell your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Store below 30°C.
