Simponi 50mg Solution for Injection (0.5ml) contains golimumab, a biologic TNF-alpha blocker from Janssen used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and ulcerative colitis when conventional treatments fall short. Given as a once-monthly self-injection, it neutralises the inflammatory signal driving joint and gut damage. This medicine is administered under specialist medical supervision only.
