Overview

Seremax Forte Capsules (10 pack) are a combination medicine for nerve-related (neuropathic) pain, especially diabetic nerve pain. They contain pregabalin, which calms over-active nerve signalling to reduce burning, shooting and tingling nerve pain; methylcobalamin (an active form of vitamin B12), which supports healthy nerves; and alpha-lipoic acid, an antioxidant that helps protect nerves. Together they ease nerve pain while supporting nerve health. A doctor-prescribed option helping patients manage diabetic and other neuropathic pain. Confirm the actives on the pack.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The pregabalin dose is started low and increased gradually, usually taken once or twice daily, with or without food, swallowed whole with water. Take it at the same times each day. Do not stop it suddenly after regular use. Your doctor will reduce it gradually to avoid withdrawal effects. Keep taking it as prescribed even if pain improves.

The pregabalin component may cause drowsiness, dizziness and, with regular use, has a risk of dependence. Do not drive until you know how it affects you, avoid alcohol, and use only as prescribed. Tell your doctor about kidney problems (the dose needs adjusting), breathing problems, mood changes or thoughts of self-harm, and a history of substance misuse. Diabetics may notice some weight gain.
