Vicks VapoRub (50g jar) is a familiar medicated chest rub that brings soothing relief from the symptoms of coughs and colds. Rubbed onto the chest, throat and back, its aromatic vapours. From menthol, camphor and eucalyptus oil. Are breathed in to help relieve a blocked nose and ease coughing, making breathing feel clearer and helping rest and sleep. The comforting warmth and scent have made VapoRub a trusted household standby for generations. A go-to remedy for families during the cold, cough and congestion season.

Actives: Menthol, Camphor and Eucalyptus oil in a fragrant ointment base (with turpentine, cedarwood and nutmeg oils). Confirm exact percentages on the pack.

Directions for Use

For external use only, for adults and children over 2 years. Rub a thick layer onto the chest, throat and back and allow the soothing vapours to be breathed in; loosen clothing around the throat and chest so the vapours rise freely. Use up to three times daily, especially at bedtime. It can also be added to hot (not boiling) water and the vapours inhaled. Follow the pack directions. Do not heat in the microwave or place directly into the nostrils.

For external use only. Do not swallow, do not place inside the nostrils, and keep away from the eyes and broken skin. Not for use on children under 2 years. Do not heat, microwave or add to very hot/boiling water, as the mixture can splatter. Stop and seek advice if skin irritation occurs or symptoms persist.
