Olbas Oil Inhalant Decongestant is a combination of various natural oils that provide a treatment that works to relieve symptoms for several conditions, these include: Cold, Catarrh, Nasal congestion, Hayfever and allergies. It is suitable to be used on tissues and handkerchiefs by children aged 3 months and older, as a hot water additive by children aged 2 and over, and on the skin to help muscle pain by children aged 12 and over. Anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in the oil should not use it. If you are using any other medication for nasal congestion or muscle pains, speak to a doctor before using.
As an inhalant on tissues or handkerchief: Children aged 3 months to 2 years– In the daytime, add 1 drop to a tissue and place close to the child without them touching it, allowing them to breathe in the vapours. At night time, apply a drop to a tissue and place in the bedroom, out of their reach. Children aged 2-12– Apply 2-3 drops to a tissue and let them inhale, without them touching the tissue or handkerchief. At night, place 2-3 drops on a tissue and place it somewhere in the bedroom out of reach so the vapour can be inhaled throughout the night.
