Sterimar Baby Nasal Hygiene Spray (0-3 years, 50ml) is a gentle, isotonic 100% natural seawater spray for daily nose care in babies and toddlers. Because babies can't blow their noses, gentle washing keeps little nasal passages clear of mucus, dust and allergens. Helping baby feed, breathe and sleep more comfortably and supporting natural defences against colds. The micro-diffusion nozzle is specially designed for delicate baby nostrils, delivering a soft, safe mist with no preservatives or medication. Suitable from birth.

Isotonic natural seawater solution (diluted to physiological salinity). Preservative-free.

Directions for Use

Lay baby on their side. Insert the nozzle gently just inside the upper nostril and press briefly to release a soft mist. Let excess solution drain out, wipe with a tissue, then repeat on the other side. Use once or twice daily for hygiene, or up to several times daily during colds, as advised. Clean the nozzle after each use. Suitable from birth to 3 years.

For nasal use only. Use a gentle, brief spray. Never force. Each child should ideally have their own bottle to prevent cross-infection; clean the nozzle after every use. This is a cleansing spray, not a medicine. See a doctor if baby has high fever, refuses feeds, breathes fast or symptoms persist beyond a week.
