Directions for Use

Apply one patch each morning to clean, dry, hairless skin (upper arm, chest or hip). Press firmly for 10 seconds and wash hands. Smokers of 10+ cigarettes daily use Step 2 for 2 weeks after completing Step 1; then step down to the 7mg Step 3 patch for the final 2 weeks, as directed on the pack.
