Reglutide 1.34mg/ml Injection is a semaglutide prefilled pen. The once-weekly GLP-1 receptor agonist for type 2 diabetes and, where licensed, weight management, at the concentration delivering the 0.25mg and 0.5mg dose steps. Semaglutide boosts insulin when glucose rises, curbs appetite and slows digestion, with proven cardiovascular benefits in suitable patients. This medicine is used under close medical supervision.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs. Do not adjust your dose without medical supervision. Inject subcutaneously once weekly on the same day each week, with or without food, into the abdomen, thigh or upper arm, rotating sites. Starting at the initiation dose and escalating only on your doctor's schedule. Attach a fresh needle each dose and follow the pen instructions. Store refrigerated before first use, then as the leaflet directs. Never share the pen or needles.

Nausea is common at the start and usually settles. Smaller meals and hydration help. Stop and seek urgent care for severe persistent abdominal pain radiating to the back (possible pancreatitis). Tell your doctor about medullary thyroid cancer history or MEN2, gallbladder disease, kidney problems and diabetic eye disease. Hypoglycaemia risk rises with sulfonylureas or insulin.
