Dygli M 50/1000mg Tablets (30 pack) combine vildagliptin 50mg, a DPP-4 inhibitor, with metformin 1000mg for type 2 diabetes needing more than metformin alone. Vildagliptin boosts the body's incretin hormones so insulin responds when glucose rises, while metformin curbs the liver's glucose output. Two complementary mechanisms delivering weight-neutral, low-hypoglycaemia control in one tablet.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take as prescribed, typically one tablet twice daily with meals to minimise stomach upset, swallowed whole. Continue diet and exercise measures and monitor blood sugar as advised. Do not adjust the dose yourself.
