Cleen Ready-to-Use Enema 133ml is a fast-acting rectal solution for constipation relief and bowel preparation before medical procedures. Its sodium phosphate formula draws water into the bowel, softening stool and triggering a complete, predictable evacuation. Usually within 2 to 5 minutes. The pre-lubricated nozzle and single-use bottle make it hygienic and straightforward to use at home. A dependable short-term solution when oral laxatives are too slow, or when a doctor orders bowel clearance before examinations.

Directions for Use

For rectal use only. Adults and children over 12: use one enema as needed or as directed. Lie on your left side with knees drawn up, gently insert the lubricated nozzle into the rectum, squeeze the bottle until nearly empty, then remove. Hold the liquid until the urge is strong (usually 2-5 minutes), then empty the bowels. Do not use more than one enema in 24 hours.

Do not use with abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting (possible obstruction), rectal bleeding, heart failure, kidney disease or dehydration except on medical advice. Not for children under 12 (paediatric forms exist) or for regular, repeated use. Phosphate absorption can disturb blood salts. Frail or elderly patients should use only with medical guidance. If no result occurs, seek advice rather than repeating. Persistent constipation needs assessment. Store below 25°C.
