Osmolax Oral Solution 3.4g/5ml (100ml) is a gentle osmotic laxative for the relief of constipation. Directions for Use

Take by mouth as directed on the pack or by your doctor. The dose depends on age and is usually taken once or twice daily, measured with a spoon or cup. Drink plenty of fluids during the day, and reduce the dose once stools soften.

Not for use with a suspected bowel obstruction, severe abdominal pain, or unexplained nausea and vomiting. Seek medical advice instead. May cause wind, bloating or cramps at first, usually settling with continued use. Use caution with lactose intolerance and in diabetes (it contains sugars).
