Pedialyte Oral Electrolyte Solution is a ready-to-use rehydration drink designed to quickly replace fluids, salts (electrolytes) and some sugar lost through diarrhoea, vomiting, fever or excessive sweating. It helps prevent and treat dehydration with a carefully balanced formula that is gentler and more effective for rehydration than water or ordinary drinks alone. This 200ml bottle is suitable for children and adults during episodes of fluid loss, helping restore hydration and wellbeing.

Directions for Use

Use as directed on the packaging or by your healthcare provider. Drink in frequent small sips, increasing as tolerated, especially after each loose stool or episode of vomiting. For infants and young children, follow the amount advised for their age and weight. Do not dilute or mix with other liquids unless advised. Discard any unused solution within the time stated after opening.

For oral rehydration. If diarrhoea or vomiting is severe or persistent, there is high fever, blood in the stool, or signs of significant dehydration (very little urine, sunken eyes, lethargy), seek medical care promptly. Especially for babies, young children and the elderly. Do not dilute or add sugar/salt. People with kidney disease or on fluid/salt restriction should check with a doctor.
