Overview
Cloasp 75/75mg Tablets (30 pack) combine two antiplatelet medicines. Clopidogrel 75mg and aspirin 75mg. In one tablet to help prevent blood clots. Both medicines make the blood's platelets less sticky, but in different ways, so together they give stronger protection against the clots that cause heart attacks and strokes. This 'dual antiplatelet' combination is used for people with certain heart conditions, after a heart attack or stent procedure, or after some strokes, to keep the arteries open. A doctor-prescribed combination helping protect at-risk people from dangerous blood clots. Confirm the actives on the pack.
Actives: Clopidogrel 75mg and Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) 75mg per tablet.
Directions for Use
This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, with or after food and a glass of water, at the same time each day. It is taken for the length of time your doctor decides (often a set period after a procedure). Do not stop without advice. Stopping early can raise the risk of a clot. Tell any doctor or dentist you are taking it before procedures or surgery.
Because it makes bleeding more likely, tell your doctor about black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, prolonged bleeding, or unusual bruising, and report any planned surgery or dental work. Take with food, and tell your doctor about stomach ulcers, asthma (aspirin can trigger wheeze), or kidney or liver problems. Avoid other anti-inflammatory painkillers unless advised. Not for children, and avoid in late pregnancy; use only on advice. Store below 30°C. This product information is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new medication or supplement. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
