Overview
Uperio 50mg Tablets (28 pack) from Novartis contain sacubitril and valsartan, a modern combination medicine for chronic heart failure with reduced pumping strength. Sacubitril boosts protective natural peptides that relax blood vessels and help the body shed excess salt and water, while valsartan blocks a hormone that strains the heart. Together easing the heart's workload, reducing hospital admissions and improving survival. Taken twice daily, Uperio is a cornerstone therapy for heart-failure patients managed under specialist cardiology care.
Sacubitril 24mg and valsartan 26mg per film-coated tablet (50mg total).
