Colosar Denk 50/12.5mg Tablets combine losartan 50mg, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), with hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg, a diuretic. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed with water. Morning dosing helps avoid night-time urination. Continue regularly even when feeling well and attend scheduled blood pressure checks and blood tests.

Do not use during pregnancy. Tell your doctor immediately if pregnant or planning pregnancy. May cause dizziness (rise slowly), especially when starting or if dehydrated.
