Directions for Use

Adults and over-16s: take one tablet with water about 20 minutes before bedtime. Use only when needed and for short periods (a few nights); if sleeplessness persists beyond 2 weeks, see a doctor rather than continuing. Allow at least 8 hours before driving or activities requiring alertness the next day. Do not exceed one tablet in 24 hours.

May cause next-day drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected, and avoid alcohol completely. Do not use with glaucoma, prostate enlargement, urinary retention, epilepsy or severe liver disease, or alongside other antihistamines or sedating medicines. Not for under-16s, pregnancy or breastfeeding except on medical advice. Tolerance develops with repeated use. This is not a treatment for chronic insomnia. Store below 25°C.
