Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one 60mg capsule once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day. Swallow whole; do not open, crush or chew. Benefits build over 2-4 weeks. Keep taking it even before you feel a change. Do not stop suddenly; the dose is tapered to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Do not use with MAOIs, in uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma, or in significant liver disease or heavy alcohol use. May raise blood pressure. Have it checked. Watch for worsening mood or suicidal thoughts early in treatment, especially in young adults. Seek help promptly. Nausea, dry mouth and dizziness are common at first. Caution with tramadol, triptans and other serotonergic medicines (serotonin syndrome) and with blood thinners. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless your doctor advises otherwise.
