Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one 20mg capsule once daily in the morning, with or without food. Benefits build gradually: allow 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer) for full effect, and do not stop suddenly. Your doctor will guide any dose changes. Keep follow-up appointments, especially in the first weeks of treatment.

May initially increase anxiety, restlessness or sleep disturbance; report worsening mood or thoughts of self-harm immediately, especially in young adults. Do not combine with MAOI antidepressants (2-week gap required), and use caution with tramadol, triptans, warfarin and NSAIDs. Serotonin syndrome and bleeding risks. Caution in epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease and heart rhythm disorders. Discuss pregnancy and breastfeeding with your doctor. Avoid alcohol. Store below 30°C.
