Directions for Use

For external use only. Apply a thin layer of the cold gel to the affected area and smooth it over the skin. There is no need to rub in vigorously. Use up to three times a day, leaving several hours between applications. Wash your hands after use. Do not cover with a tight bandage immediately after applying.

For external use only on intact skin. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sensitive skin, or to the eyes, mouth or mucous membranes. Do not use with a heat source or tight dressing.
