Dulomin 60mg Tablets (10 pack) contain duloxetine, a medicine from the SNRI group used to treat depression and generalised anxiety disorder, and to relieve certain types of long-term nerve pain (such as diabetic nerve pain) and fibromyalgia. Duloxetine works by helping to rebalance the brain chemicals serotonin and noradrenaline, which lift mood, ease anxiety and reduce pain signalling. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one capsule once daily, swallowed whole with water, with or without food, at about the same time each day. Antidepressants can take 2-4 weeks to show their full benefit, so keep taking it even if you do not feel better straight away. Do not stop suddenly. Your doctor will reduce it gradually to avoid withdrawal effects.

May cause nausea, dry mouth, dizziness or drowsiness, especially at first. Take care driving until you know how it affects you, and avoid alcohol. Report any worsening mood, agitation, or thoughts of self-harm (especially early in treatment), and do not stop suddenly.
