Nebzmart S Respules (2.5ml, 10 pack) contain salbutamol as a ready-to-use solution for nebulisation, a fast-acting reliever for wheezy breathing. When delivered as a fine mist through a nebuliser and breathed in, salbutamol quickly relaxes the tight muscles around the airways to relieve the wheeze, chest tightness, cough and breathlessness of asthma and other reversible airway conditions, including more severe flare-ups. The single-dose respules make accurate dosing easy. A doctor-directed reliever option helping people. Especially young children and those with severe symptoms. Open up tight airways. Directions for Use

Use as directed by your doctor. The contents of one respule are emptied into the nebuliser cup (sometimes diluted with sterile saline as advised) and breathed in as a mist through the mask or mouthpiece until the chamber is empty. Use a clean nebuliser each time and follow the device instructions. Do not exceed the prescribed frequency, and seek medical help if breathing does not improve or you need it more often than advised.

This is a reliever, not a preventer. Needing it more often, or it working less well, means breathing control should be reviewed urgently; seek emergency help for a severe attack not relieved by treatment. May cause a brief faster heartbeat, tremor or headache. Tell your doctor about heart problems, overactive thyroid, diabetes or low potassium. Use only with a nebuliser, not swallowed. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding as advised. Store below 30°C, protected from light; use promptly once opened.
