Obetas 120mg Capsules (20 pack) contain orlistat, a weight-management medicine that works in the gut rather than on the brain or appetite. Directions for Use

Take only as directed. Usually one capsule with water immediately before, during, or up to one hour after each main meal (up to three times daily). Take a multivitamin (containing vitamins A, D, E and K) at bedtime, as orlistat can reduce their absorption.
