    Overview
    Infacol Drops 55ml are Britain's trusted remedy for infant colic and griping pain, containing simeticone 40mg/ml. A gentle anti-wind agent that is not absorbed into the baby's body. Simeticone works inside the tummy, merging the small trapped gas bubbles that cause colicky crying into larger bubbles babies can easily bring up as wind. Given before feeds with the handy dropper, Infacol can progressively reduce colic episodes over several days. A soothing helping hand for exhausted parents of windy, unsettled newborns.

    Simeticone 40mg per 1ml oral suspension. Sugar-free, alcohol-free and colourant-free. Full excipient list available on product packaging.

    Directions for Use
    Shake the bottle well. Using the dropper, give one dropper-full (0.5ml) into the baby's mouth before each feed. If needed after 3-4 days, this may be increased to two dropper-fulls (1ml) before feeds. Infacol can be used from birth and works best when given consistently before every feed for several days. Suitable for prolonged use as directed.

    For infant oral use only. Do not exceed the stated dose. Simeticone is not absorbed and is generally very well tolerated. If colic persists, or the baby has vomiting, fever, poor feeding, blood in stools or poor weight gain, see a doctor or paediatrician promptly. These are not simple colic. Always check with a health professional if unsure why a baby is crying excessively. Store below 25°C; discard 8 weeks after opening as directed on the pack.
