    Directions for Use
    This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, with or without food, ideally in the morning since the diuretic increases urination. Take at the same time each day and do not stop without medical advice. Attend regular reviews for blood pressure, kidney function, blood sugar and electrolytes.

    Do not use in pregnancy. Tell your doctor immediately if you become pregnant, or while breastfeeding except on medical advice. Caution with gout, diabetes, kidney or liver impairment; the thiazide can affect potassium, sodium, uric acid and glucose. Dizziness can occur. Rise slowly and avoid dehydration. Avoid ACE inhibitors, aliskiren, potassium supplements and regular NSAIDs unless your doctor approves. Store below 30°C.
