Lupride Depot 3.75mg is a long-acting injectable containing leuprolide (leuprorelin) acetate, a GnRH agonist that temporarily switches off the body's production of sex hormones. Given as a monthly depot injection by a healthcare professional, it is used to treat hormone-responsive conditions including uterine fibroids and endometriosis in women, advanced prostate cancer in men, and central precocious (early) puberty in children.
